With over a decade of creative, marketing, and advertising agency experience working on accounts ranging from LEGOLAND® California; New York New York Hotel & Casino; Lancome Cosmetics; Suzuki Motors; California Department of Health Services, Sanyo Electronics and Avery Office Products, Michael French opened été advertising & design in 2000. Deciding to return home to San Diego, French founded the agency with the objective of bringing big agency experience to businesses in a small agency, personalized environment. LEGOLAND® California was so impressed with his work in Los Angeles, they followed him to été when he struck out on his own.

Michael’s reputation for exceptional advertising and web design, and successful strategic marketing campaigns has steadily won été notable accounts and assignments from companies like LEGO Worldwide, LEGO Wear, Biotone Professional Spa and Massage Products, NTC Promenade, and The City of Chula Vista. He has also served as marketing consultant and marketing director for several successful start-up companies including Snap-Saver and Empowered Products whose earnings have topped $60 million since 2004. French’s extensive background across a vast array of industries brings the agency’s clients invaluable experience that carries over into ever design, marketing strategy, and word of copy it creates.

In 2007 French opened Park + Robinson, Direct to Market, a marketing consulting and mentoring agency. Park + Robinson is a subdivision of été advertising & design. Seeing an increased need for small and emerging companies to develop long-term marketing plans, the agency has developed a unique marketing coaching program modeled after popular business coaching programs. The agency also helps companies with market research, competitive analysis, diversity marketing, internet marketing and developing green initiatives.
